Bio

Mandy Latchaw is the Program Manager for the Washington State Office of Rural Health (WA-SORH) at the Washington State Department of Health. She leads statewide initiatives to strengthen rural health systems, expand access to care, and support Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and providers serving Washington’s rural and frontier communities. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare program management across clinical and government settings, Mandy brings expertise in operations, contract and grant management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining WA-SORH, she managed multi-location specialty medical practices, overseeing credentialing, human resources, and organizational leadership. Mandy is recognized for her collaborative approach and passion for advancing equitable, person-centered care. She holds an MBA with a focus on organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. Her work is dedicated to ensuring rural Washingtonians receive the care they need, close to home.
