Bio

Amy Hirtle is a Health Program Manager in the Division of Public Health with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. She currently serves as the director of the State Office of Rural Health. She works closely with Idaho’s 51 Rural Health Clinics, and manages the Rural Healthcare Access and Rural Physician Incentive Programs. Amy has supported primary care clinics with technical assistance, resources, and quality improvement activities for over 10 years. She graduated from Utah State University with a master’s in health education.
