Bio

Ashley Moretz has served as the Utah Department of Health and Human Services' Division of Population Health’s deputy director since August 2024, and in that capacity oversees the Office of Primary Care and Rural Health (PCRH - Utah's SORH) and the Office of Health Equity. Prior to that, he served as the Health Access division director in 2023-2024 and as PCRH director from 2020-2023. He was elected Region E representative to NOSORH's board in 2021 and President-Elect in 2024.
